Jnoun-studio.com (hereinafter, the « Website ») is published by JNOUN STUDIO SARL (« JNOUN STUDIO » or the « Company »), a Moroccan company having its registered office at Rabat, Morocco – 10 Mahaj Ryad – Hay Ryad, under the number 107651 at the Trade and Companies Registry of Rabat.
The publishers of the Website are Zahra Bennani as founder and manager of the Company (firstname.lastname@example.org), and Meriem Bennani as co-founder (email@example.com).
The Website is hosted by GoDaddy.
These terms and conditions apply between JNOUN STUDIO and every natural person who connects to the Website (the « User(s)»).
For the purposes hereof, JNOUN STUDIO and the User(s) are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”, and any User who confirms an order is referred to as the “Buyer”. The rights and obligations of the User(s) necessarily apply to the Buyer(s).
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made to the company JNOUN STUDIO for any Products ordered on the www.jnoun-studio.com Website. All orders placed on this Website assumes the client’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
These terms and conditions are permanently accessible in French and English so they can be read or printed at anytime. In case of difference between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.
Users/Buyers must be over the age of 18 years old and have full legal capacity.connection with the payment of a former order as well as any order that is not compliant with the Terms & Conditions of sale.
The data saved by JNOUN STUDIO constitutes proof of the order and processed transactions. The data saved by Paypal or PAYZONE constitutes proof or financial transactions.
The Products are intended for personal use by the User, and not directly intended for the latter’s professional use.
This contract is a distance contract that defines the rights and obligations of the Parties in connection with the online sale of Products of the company JNOUN STUDIO via the platform PAYZONE (a transaction management service of VANTAGE PAYMENT SYSTEMS(VPS)).
In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above have the meaning of the definition , namely:
” Distance contract ” means any contract concerning goods or services between the JNOUN STUDIO Company and a Customer through a system of sale or provision of remote service organized by the JNOUN STUDIO Company , for this contract, using exclusively the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the contract itself.
” Customer ” means any individual who, in this agreement , is acting for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
” Order Form ” document that shows the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Customer and shall be signed by “double click” to engage .
” Order ” : the act whereby the Customer agrees to buy Products and the JNOUN STUDIO Company to deliver them.
The Products offered for sale by JNOUN STUDIO are those featured on the Website, on the date on which the User consults the Website and insofar as the Products are available in stock.
The company JNOUN STUDIO reserves the right to withdraw a Product from the catalog without notice.
For each Product sold on the Website, JNOUN STUDIO provides the User with maximum information enabling him/her to know the Product before ordering it. If, despite all the care taken in drafting these descriptions, errors or omissions appear, the liability of JNOUN STUDIO could not be engaged.
Descriptions of the Products and photographs are only indicative and non-contractual. In particular, under the effect of Internet browser used and the resolution of the display of the User, the colors shown on the photographs of the Products posted on the Website may not be exactly faithful to the true color of the Products.
If the User finds any errors or omissions in the descriptions of the Products, he or she can contact and inform JNOUN STUDIO’s Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) about this. JNOUN STUDIO will then proceed promptly to correct such errors or omissions.
The prices listed in the catalog are given in Moroccan dirham, VAT and delivery expenses excluded. Prices are valid at the time of consultation by the Customer and are those in effect at the time of ordering.
VAT is calculated in the Order Form based on the applicable rate of the order date. The Order Form and transactions are in Moroccan dirhams.
Any rate change will be reflected in the price of products.
Local taxes may occur, depending on the Customer’s region and local customs duties. These charges are at the Customers own expense.
Orders on our Website are subjected to the specific validation process established by JNOUN STUDIO.
By confirming an order the Customer agrees to the present Terms and Conditions.
Orders will be validated and confirmed after payment by an email to the Customer from JNOUN STUDIO.
The email will recapitulate order specifications ( products, price, quantity…). The Customer formally agrees to the use of emailing for order confirmations by JNOUN STUDIO. Receipts will also be available under “My Account” on the JNOUN STUDIO Website.
If the Products ordered are no longer available, JNOUN STUDIO will inform the Customer by email at the earliest and proceed to a refund.
In the case of a mistake by the Customer when filling the Ordering Form, the latter can contact the JNOUN STUDIO Customer Service (email@example.com) and request an order cancellation via email within a 24 hours deadline. After cancellation by JNOUN STUDIO, the Customer can place a new order.
6. Secured Payment
Payment can be processed through PayPal or through the platform of our partner PAYZONE (moroccan and international credit cards accepted).
The credit card payment is secured by PAYZONE who offers a fully secure payment service.
JNOUN STUDIO is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in
Deliveries are made through the services of Chronopost International outside of Morocco and by Urbanos inside of Morocco. Deliveries are sent via express registered mail from monday to friday.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer on the Order Form. Delivery can’t be performed neither in hotels nor PO boxes. The Customer must ensure he provided accurate and complete information about the delivery address (such as street number, building, stairs, access codes, names and / or numbers intercom, etc.).
The Customer must check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery and to JNOUN STUDIO within 24 hours.
Parcels are dispatched within 1-3 working days except for peak period when dispatch may take up to 10 days (after a collection is launched, holidays, sales, etc.).
The parcel will be delivered within 24 hours in Morocco via Urbanos, and 24-72 hours outside Morocco via Chronopost international. JNOUN STUDIO will not be responsible for late delivery if due to postal services.
If the Customer does not receive his or her order in time, he or she can contact Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Shipping costs :
– Morocco : free delivery.
– France : 10 € (VAT included).
– USA : $ 15 (VAT included).
– International (outside of Morocco, France and USA) : shipping costs depend on the Customer’s area and the weight of the products ordered.

The shipping cost is stated on the invoice.
8. Exchange, returns and right of cancellation
The Customer has a right of cancellation with a cool-off period of 15 days, and will receive a full refund.
Returns are free of charge from Morocco, and at the Customer’s own expense and risk outside of Morocco.
To return a Product, the Customer has to carefully fill in the return slip provided on the Delivery & Returns page.
Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, with the return slip included in the parcel, at the following address: JNOUN STUDIO – Zahra Bennani – 10, Mahaj Ryad. Hay Ryad. Rabat. MOROCCO.
If the Customer has ordered from Europe or from the United States, JNOUN STUDIO provides him or her with a return address respectively in Paris and New York to allow him or her to lower the return shipping cost. The return address will be given on the return slip.
Return charges are always at the Customer’s expense. JNOUN STUDIO strongly recommends that Customers keep proof of posting by using a registered means of posting or one that provides a record of the date of delivery. Otherwise, JNOUN STUDIO will not be able to handle the return.
Once the parcel have been received and approved, JNOUN STUDIO will proceed to the refund within a maximum of 10 working days, via the account used for payment.
If the delivered Product is damaged or different from the Product ordered, JNOUN STUDIO will refund the delivery costs and pay for the return costs.
If the Customer cannot respect the present conditions, JNOUN STUDIO will not be able to proceed to a refund.
JNOUN STUDIO does not do standard exchanges. For a different size, style or colour, the Customer will have to place another order on the Website.
The personal data concerning Customers gathered for online sales is necessary for processing orders and delivery, as well as invoicing. The Customer personal data can be accessed by JNOUN STUDIO only and will not be shared or sold to any database companies. The Customer banking information is not in JNOUN STUDIO’s possession. Payments are all processed using Paypal or via the secured platform of our partner PAYZONE. The Customer has a right to access, modify, correct and delete data concerning him or her.
The Customer may be required to receive advertisements from JNOUN STUDIO unless he or she stated that he or she refuses the use of his or her personal data for this purpose.
If the Customer doesn’t want to receive these ads anymore, he or she can feel free to send his or her request by email to the customer service of JNOUN STUDIO (email@example.com).
10. Warranty and liability
For all stages of access to the Website, including consultation, fill form, ordering, payment and any other service available on the Website, JNOUN STUDIO only has an obligation of means.
JNOUN STUDIO cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of a computer, a computer network or the Internet. In particular, JNOUN STUDIO cannot be held liable for breach of service, external intrusion or presence of a computer virus.
In the event of total or partial non-performance by JNOUN STUDIO of any one of its obligations hereunder, JNOUN STUDIO shall incur no liability in connection therewith if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event, in particular without limitation in cases of labor unrest or total strike of postal services or shipping and/or communications companies, floods, fires, and generally any event beyond its control.
The Parties agree that they should consult each other as soon as possible in order to determine on a mutual basis how the order should be carried out during the force majeure event.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All elements of the Website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are the exclusive property of JNOUN STUDIO. The Company’s brand name JNOUN is a registered trademark at l’OMPIC in Morocco (registration n°163552) and the INPI in France (trademark n°4122998).
Any total or partial reproduction of these elements and trademark without the express permission of JNOUN STUDIO is therefore prohibited.
12. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco.
In the event of dispute, the Parties shall attempt to settle on an amicable basis prior to bringing any legal action. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Rabat.
